It's the day after Christmas, and I awoke with good news. This morning I had an email waiting for me from Stan Swanson at Dark Moon Digest. I have been waiting to hear from some people about some stories I had out there in circulation, and Dark Moon would like to publish two of them. They are not sure where, in their Quarterly print edition, their monthly e-magazine, or one of their special projects that i...

Then I got a surprise email from Dark Moon Books. I had submitted a flash fiction ...

So I have had a story submitted with something called Zombie Feed Press for their Appalachian Undead Anthology; zombie stories set in Appalachia. I've been waiting for quite a while to hear back from them, and all it said on their website was that if you haven't gotten a rejection email from them yet then they are still considering the story. That sounded like a good sign, but I sent in a Status Query anyway.

I recieved an email last night from LDS Publishing, and apparently they are considering my story, "Fishing Buddy", for inclusion in their 2012 Christmas Anthology. I believe I'll know by Tuesday!
Fingers crossed!
