3/14: A Return to WYRD!

WYRD, a dark fiction reading event, has been on hiatus for a while, but is making its triumphant return to Koto--Japanese Bar and Grill at 90 Washington Street in Salem, Massachusetts on Thursday, March 14!

Stop on by between 7 and 9 pm and have a drink at the bar or chow down on some delicious food while five writers of the dark and scary regale you with examples of their work. I'll be there, along with Peter Dudar, Mary Hart, Christa Carmen, Jason Parent, and the host and organizer of WYRD, Curtis Lawson, taking the mic and entertaining the crowd--and that could easily include you.

Your food and drink are on you, but your entertainment? That's on us.

4/14: 2019 Authors' Night by the Sea

2019 Author’s by the Sea

Come to the Cisco Brewery (formerly the Red Hook Brewery), 35 Corporate Dr, Portsmouth, New Hampshire on Sunday, April 14,  where I'll be sitting in at the Books & Boos Press table as the author/editor in residence from 2:00–6:00 pm.

In years past, this event has included some author readings. If they continue the tradition, you can be sure I'll be trying to grab a slot.

This event is free to the public! (Though, sadly, the beer is not.)

5/5: Freaks, Antiques, and Uniques

Sunday, May 5, Scott Goudsward and I will be manning a sales table at an event hosted by Freaks, Antiques, and Uniques. We won't be at their store, though, we'll be in the Old Town Hall in downtown Salem, Massachusetts. From 12 to 5 pm at 32 Derby Square, we'll be in among the other vendors of the dark and odd, selling books, talking to people (probably about all kinds of things), and very likely throwing candy at each other.

Because that's how we roll.

6/29: New England Authors Expo

2019 New England Authors Expo

Saturday, June 29, I'll be sitting in at the Books & Boos Press table at Northern Essex Community College–Haverhill Campus―at the Moore Atrium in the Hartleb Technology Center, 100 Elliot Street, Haverhill MA. This event is free to the public, so from 12:00–6:00 pm, you can wander in at will to see and chat with authors, editors, publishers, and whatnot.

If you're not sure who or what the whatnot is, stop by the Books & Boos table, and maybe I can point it out.
